The mixed-use Buena Vista project reached an exciting milestone in June with the signing of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with the LA/OC Building and Construction Trades Council. Many LA leaders, union members, and the Buena Vista team gathered at the historic Capitol Milling site in Chinatown to celebrate the PLA signing and recognize how Buena Vista will help the city address its urgent need for housing.
Following the program, Mayor Bass took a moment to speak with members of the SCG team, adding a personal highlight to an already meaningful afternoon.
