Playa Vista

Our firm’s first client was Playa Vista – a trailblazing residential and commercial community on the Westside of Los Angeles that we continue representing to this day. Playa Vista not only helped launch our firm; it was the beginning of our long and deep experience working in the real estate industry to help secure entitlements, manage crises, market homes and develop strong community ties. Most recently, we helped secure approval to expand Playa Vista Elementary’ s highly successful STEM curriculum to a new middle school program.
