Sugerman Communications Group, an award-winning LA-based public affairs and corporate communications firm, is looking for a talented, team-oriented professional to create and carry out strategic communications programs for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a communications or public affairs setting such as a public relations firm, news organization, corporate communications department or political office.
Excellent writing and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive under deadline pressure. We operate as a close-knit team, so the ability to work collaboratively is also important.
The position entails direct service to our clients as well as assisting team members by conducting research, drafting materials, managing media databases, implementing online strategies, conducting media outreach, and more. The position includes some administrative responsibilities.
