Sugerman Group is thrilled to welcome Xavier Ramirez, a junior at USC, as our fall intern.
Xavier comes to SCG with experience across government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. As a Communications Intern at the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, he supported civic engagement initiatives and policy communications, including countywide outreach for Measure G. He has also served as a consultant for the Los Angeles Rams marketing and community outreach programs, and he contributed to data stories on affordable housing and transportation through his work as a Research Assistant at USC’s Neighborhood Data for Social Change Research Center.
Beyond professional experience, Xavier is deeply committed to mentorship and community. He serves as a trainer and tour guide in the USC Office of Undergraduate Admissions and is a student leader and trumpet player in the USC Trojan Marching Band. Xavier, a Ventura native, is deeply passionate about education and affordable housing.
At SCG, Xavier is excited to apply his knowledge to a variety of client matters, and work alongside SCG team members to deepen his understanding of how public affairs can shape policy and create an impact.
