Sugerman Group is excited to welcome Alex Kekst as our summer intern.
A Los Angeles native and rising junior at Columbia University, Alex comes to SCG with experience in law, finance, and strategic analysis. As an editor for the Columbia Undergraduate Law Review, Alex has written about contemporary policy issues, including immigration enforcement and the intersection of copyright law and AI.
Previously, Alex worked as a financial analyst intern for Gideon Strategic Partners, where he conducted market research and assisted in client outreach. This summer, Alex is also working as a law intern at Horra Music.
Outside of his professional aspirations, Alex is an engaged member of the Jewish community. He served as a counselor at Camp Ramah in Ojai and remains actively involved at Columbia through Hillel, Chabad and Alpha Epsilon Pi.
Alex is eager to apply his robust professional and personal experiences at SCG while creating meaningful impact in Los Angeles and developing a deeper understanding of public affairs and strategic communications.
